How to Download C-Gear Skins

This is the C-Gear. C-Gear is your friend.

Step 1: Get the C-Gear

First of all, you need to obtain the C-Gear in the game. Fennel will give you the C-Gear after you fight Team Plasma at the Dreamyard.  

Step 2: Make a Trainer Club Account

To download skins, you need to create a Trainer Club account at the official Pokemon site. (You need an email account to do this.) 

Step 3: Activate Your Skins

The Promotions page should look like this.

When you've created your account go to pokemon-gl.com and then sign in. Once you are signed in, click on the link in the bottom right corner of the page that says: Promotions. The link will take you to a list of the downloads that are currently going on. After picking one it will ask you for a password in order to download it. Here are all the passwords:

If you put in the password correctly you should see this.

When you've put in the password you should receive a prompting telling you that you have received the exclusive <insert skin here> as well as some instructions. After this go back to the main page and click on the link that says: Customize. It's a bit below the promotions button. 

You will be taken to a page with a list of the C-Gear skins you have available. Check the one you wish to download, then click the button near the bottom of the page that says: Customize. A prompt will come up asking if you're okay with your choices. Click: Customize with these, and then it should say: Customization finished. 

Step 4: Download Your Skin

You need to get this skin. I don't care how
girly you think it looks. Get it.

Now you can actually download your skin! To download your new C-Gear skin, simply start up your game, and make sure to turn your C-Gear on when you click continue. Once your in the game press Wifi on your C-Gear, and then press Game Sync. Connect to Nintendo Wifi Connection, and then tuck in one of your Pokémon if you haven't already. When you bring the Pokémon back the download will take place, and you'll have a spiffy looking new C-Gear. Hooray!
