The end date of the distribution has yet to be announced. The distribution is taking place over Nintendo wifi connection, so you won't even have to leave the house to get your Mewtwo.
The Mewtwo will come in a cherish ball at level 70. It's ability is pressure. It will also be holding a king's rock, and have a premier ribbon.
The Mewtwo will know; shadow ball, psystrike (a move exclusive to Mewtwo that normally wouldn't be learned until level 100), aura sphere (which it wouldn't learn until level 93), and electro ball, which Mewtwo normally can't even learn.
